QiGong or Qi Gong as therapy

QiGong is an ancient form of moving meditation.  It is similar in appearance to Tai Chi, but uses body touching, tapping, and slapping.  It can be practiced virtually anywhere. It is claimed to build health, heal injuries and pain, increase energy, improve memory, reduce stress, and help sleep.  QiGong is best illustrated by observing it in practice.  Each session could / should be followed by breathing and meditation sessions.
