Create Art and Wellness

Emily Natale is an intersectional art therapist with the American Art Therapy Association.  She practices somatic therapy for mind-body connection: including mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally.  Her anxiety specialties include coping with excessive worry, nervousness, stress; social anxiety; panic disorder; depression and mood disorders, sleep disturbance; and explorations into beliefs and practices related to meaning, existence, and spiritual health.
